Helps with anxiety, fatigue, gut issues.

Bought to see how it may help my adult daughter who suffers from gut issues, fatigue, anxiety. She has been taking for a few weeks. She loves the flavor, but we need to give it time to see how it works. I got the 4 month supply (pricey), hoping some improvements in her health is detected within 4 months. Hard to say if we will continue based on price if no health benefits are detected. Fingers crossed.
