I believe that Mitopure has helped bring my pancreas back to health. Testing in 2021 showed that I had pancreatic insufficiency along with dysbiosis and malnutrition. I began a program of supplements including enzymes. However, by 2023 I had severe pancreatic insufficiency so went on prescription enzymes. By May of 2025 I still had no improvement so decided to search for other solutions. In September I began taking Mitopure. I read studies that reported that Urolithin A reduced pancreas inflammation and helped heal damaged acinar cells. Since beginning Mitopure I have had four pancreas elastase tests, each one with better results than the prior test. By the end of March of this year I no longer had pancreatic insufficiency.
