OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO, AS OF THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

When you enter, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sponsor and Advertising Participants. Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning.

• Eligibility: The Longevity Month Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and resides within the continental United States and District of Columbia and has a valid email address. Void where prohibited. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, Advertising Participants and other companies associated with the Sweepstakes and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

• Administrator. The Sweepstakes is administered by Timeline Longevity Inc, 824 US Hwy 1, North Palm Beach, Florida, 33408
• Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
• Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2025 at 12:01AM ET. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will end on September 30, 2025 at 11:59PM ET.
• How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE THE SAME REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY YOU USE.

To enter, post on your Instagram Feed or Story or TikTok only, between September 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025. The post must be related to “The Longevity Month daily challenges”. You must tag @timeline_longevity.

Each story will receive one (1) entry for the giveaway per day (limited to Instagram or TikTok only). For example, a single creative posted to Instagram and TikTok will receive one (1) entries. No more than 7 entries per syndicated creative execution, per week.

The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

• [CD6] Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about September 7, 2025, September 14, 2020, September 21, 2025, and September 28, 2025 Administrator will select 7 (7) potential weekly winners in a random drawing of all valid entries received. After the Entry Period, on or about September 30, 2025 Administrator will select three (3) potential grand prize winners in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

A winner is subject to verification, including verification of age and residency. If a winner (i) is determined to be ineligible or otherwise disqualified by Sponsor, then the winner will be disqualified and forfeit all interest in the prize. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining eligible entries received or not award the unclaimed prize.

• Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners:​ Administrator will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) business days after the notice is sent, the winner will be disqualified and forfeit all interest in the prize. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining eligible entries received or not award the unclaimed prize. Only up to three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and tax related information and documents. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, the winner will be disqualified and forfeit all interest in the prize and Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place at random from all remaining eligible entries received or not award the unclaimed prize. Only up to three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.
• Prize(s):​ 31 (31) prizes will be awarded and five (31) winners will be chosen.
• Description of Prizes: Prize value: $250 for the weekly giveaway winners and $750 for the grand prize winners.

Winners are responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred or assigned and must be accepted as awarded.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must provide Sponsor with a valid mailing address. Sponsor will pay for the cost of delivering the prize to winner within the United States. The method of shipping and the carrier will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any prizes that are lost, stolen, undeliverable, or returned.

THE WINNER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE PRIZES “AS IS”, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPONSOR, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO (A) ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY BY A PRIZE SUPPLIER THAT ARE SENT ALONG WITH THE PRIZE OR (B) THEIR QUALITY OR MECHANICAL CONDITIONS. SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

• General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to a force majeure event, government order, fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an account by an online service provider The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
• Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, the Advertising Participants, the Administrator, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, if any, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [CD9] and these Official Rules. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence on an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable basis for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. When you enter, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sponsor and Advertising Participants. Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. If you consent to receive such promotional emails, your email address will be shared with the Sponsor Timeline Longevity, Inc. and their privacy policy found at: https://www.timeline.com/privacy-policy will apply to such shared information. 

• Use of Entrant Information and Opt-Out: If you consented to receive promotional emails from Sponsor and the Advertising Participants, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and the Advertising Participants will use your information, including, without limitation, your e-mail address, for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor or the Advertising Participants. You may at any time revoke the use of such information for marketing purposes by providing written notice to Sponsor and each other Advertising Participants using the following addresses or by responding to any marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transaction communication including those associated with your entry.

• Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [____], California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of X or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction.
• Third Party Platforms: If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third party platform, including without limitation a social media platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) (“Third Party Platform”), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by such Third Party Platform and to hold harmless such Third Party Platform from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize related activities. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Platform.
