Muscle function starts to decline in our 30s as our mitochondria - our cellular powerhouses - start to break down and lose their efficiency. Mitopure is important because it activates a potent cellular recycling and renewal mechanism called mitophagy. This process cleans up defective mitochondria and allows the mitochondria to repair itself and improve its performance.

Timeline is intended for healthy adults, ages 18 and up.

For optimal benefits, based on clinical trials, we recommend 500mg of Mitopure per day for a minimum of 4 months to support mitochondrial health and muscle function.

You can mix your Mitopure Powder in liquids and it will not affect its bioavailability in any way. We recommend mixing it in smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal as when you mix it in a liquid like water, it can leave a bit of a grainy texture. With that said, many customers do simply enjoy taking their Mitopure in water.

We have observed positive impacts on cellular and muscle function starting at the 500mg dose with even more robust effects at the highest dose. In real-life conditions, we've received very positive anecdotal feedback from customers taking 500mg per day with some customers saying that they felt further improvements when they doubled their dose to 1000mg. We do not recommend taking more than 1000mg of Mitopure per day.

It will depend on your fasting rules. If your fasting does not allow any calorie intake then you will have to hold off until your fast is complete.
